Who is my FAB FIVE?

Who is my FAB FIVE? Are they living the kind of life, I want to live?

Last year I wrote this amazing book "Seasons of Change" which I have been reading over the last 233 days. The book is designed to be a 90 day transformational guide. Man has it worked for me. I have used this book to do my daily work and stay focused on what I want to see in my life. Over the first 180 days of reading the book daily and doing the work I reduced my weight by 70 pounds. A byproduct of that was a reduction in medication, and lowering my blood sugar to levels that reduce my risk of diabetes. Doing this work daily has allowed me to transform not only my body, but my mind and soul as well. I am meditating at a deeper level. I am reading more than ever before. I am loving and living the life that I want to live. I am more abundant that I have ever been in my life. In all areas of my life. I am able to do this by doing small things over and over again until they add up to the life that I want to live. I am surrounding myself with others who are doing their work as well.
Here is my morning share from the Seasons of Change gratitude group.

I love how Divine timing is so right on. It amazes me when I let go and really trust the process how it all works out. I had the honor this past weekend of cleaning the Amor Spiritual Center with 4 of the most amazing folks in my life. The greatest part of all of it that yes, they are living lives that I am honored to be a part of and I love the Spiritual path they are on.

Later the same day we got together for Ice-cream and had one of the most in-depth spiritual conversations that a Minister could hope to have. I realized at a deep level that the work that Spirit is living as me is being not only heard, but experienced. Here are the amazing women and men who are living empowered lives, giving back to their community, and serving others with love, joy and passion.

I love how we not only talk about Amor Spiritual Center being a safe space we are living it everyday. I love that we understand when something is blowing through our lives that we align ourselves with the truth and we call on others who will hold us there rather than in the hallucination.

Yesterday I had the honor of holding the truth for several folks within our amazing greater community. I loved that my work was really to listen and remind them of who they were. I loved most of all that they knew the answers and they chose to call me to stand with them. Now that is an amazingly wonderful thing. I am so blessed to be surrounded by folks who are living their lives to the fullest. I love you! Rev Allen
