Oneness, what scares us so much about oneness.

Oneness, what scares us so much about oneness. When I look at nature and how interconnected it is I know that the same is true for us. Ferns, bamboo, trees, all network and connect together for the greater good of the whole. I find great humor in the fact that we hold ourselves as the more intelligent of the species. Today, spend the day looking for the commonality between you and the world around you. See what you find and share it with the group.

Day 29: Ferns, where are you isolating yourself from a community that loves you? Is there any place in your life that you're not plugged into greater community? How is that serving your life? How would recognizing that you belong and are a part of a bigger picture change your life?

The passage above I took from today's reading in "Seasons of Change. I am reminded of this everyday as I go through life. We are so busy being separate, individualized, and protected that we miss the opportunity to love. I love the "Hooponopono teaching." When someone comes to me for assistance, or help resolving something in their life, it is my job to heal that, or release that within myself. I have shared this work with you before and it allows me to heal the thought of separation within myself and the whole.

For a great deal of my life I felt like the outsider looking in. That I didn't belong. For most of my life, I allowed that to be my truth and my belief system. Today I know that when I heal and release that belief and allow love to flow from me to the world around me that I in fact call others who are loving and kind to me. For years, I allow fear of being rejected and bullied to keep me locked in a prison that I had built, locked myself in, and had thrown away the key. Only to find years later that the key was mine. I had it within all along.

When I spend my day looking for common areas that we align, things that we like that are the same, focused on finding ways that connect us rather than separate us. That is exactly what I find. That which I seek is seeking me.

Today I will hold, bless, and release any place is myself that hold separation, fear, lack of greater community in my life. I will use the Hooponopono teaching technique to do so.

I love you
I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of greater community with you.

I love you,

Rev Allen
