Taking the next step can be a scary experience, or it can be the first step in an adventure of a lifetime. I have found throughout my journey that the first step is always easier than I hold it to be in my mind. When I can take a walk in nature, it is imperative that I make the decision to take the first step. When I do, I step through any limits I have placed on myself and in that moment. I have the freedom to continue moving our stop and enjoy the new perspective. Taking the next step is well worth the journey.
Day 77: Ivy, What is your next step?
Life lessons are everywhere waiting to help us explore, expand, and become the people we have always known we could be.
What a great sentence! Life is here to support us as we expand, and explore, and remember who we came here to be. The more I do this work the more I love myself and the path that I am on. I have the joy of being a Spiritual Leader of some amazing folks. Watching them grow and thrive is one of the greatest gifts I have the pleasure of opening everyday. One of my favorite quotes is "What affects the one affects the whole."
Like today share in Season of Change, the ivy is interconnected and understands the concept of the whole at it deepest level. We as human in nature miss that understand until something we perceive as tragic occurs. Life events like earthquakes, hurricanes, landslides, then something within us takes over and we open our hearts if just for a moment to the greater whole. The awareness is in there we just allow it to be covered with fear, bitterness, and worry.
What can I do today that will free me up to live, and express my greater truth? What am I willing to let go of so I can live the life I come here to live? Who can I be in this moment that will allow me to love with my greatest capacity? These questions bring us closer to living with our hearts open, our souls engaged, and our minds filled with loving thoughts about what is next.
Live in such a way that your future self with say thank you!
I love you,
Rev Allen
